Your order will be processed within the next 2 business days after payment is received.

You will receive a confirmation email from us, advising you on the availability of the order as well as the payment.

We regret that order cancellation/alteration is not possible once the order has been processed and sent out.

How to Pay?

All prices are in Singapore Dollars.

Payments are to be made within 3 business days from the date of the confirmation email send out.

We are pleased to offer you the following payment options:

1) Cash on delivery
This option is only available for self-collection option.

2) Bank Direct Transfer (OCBC)
Our Account Number will be advised only upon confirmation of your orders. After payment is made, please inform us via email. We will do the necessary verification before sending your item/s out.

Postage Charges

For deliveries within Singapore:

Postage and handling will be charged based on the following:

1 item ~ $1.00

2 items ~ $1.50

3 items ~ $2.00 so on

We will indicate in the total charges on your purchases in our confirmation email.

If you opt for registered mail, an additional $2.25 will be chargeable.

If your total orders (excluding postage charges) exceeds $50, we will waive your normal mail postage charges.

**International Order are Welcome.

Please note that we are NOT liable for any loss of parcel. We strongly encourage our customers to opt for the registered post option.

Delivery

For deliveries within Singapore:

• Your purchased item/s would be posted out within 3 business days or earlier upon receiving your payment.

• We are pleased to offer you the following delivery options:

• For urgent delivery / collection, please contact us at chanbeeleng79@hotmail.com

Please note that we will not be responsible for delays of postal delivery and is not responsible for the package once placed in the hands of SingPost. In the unlikelihood that a package is lost, we may file an Enquiry on Postal Article with SingPost on your behalf because you are a valued customer. However, we are not responsible for loss of the contents.

Returns and Exchanges

All item/s sold are final and are NOT RETURNABLE or NOT REFUNDABLE as we will check all items before mailing.
